Yes, as long as you remain a Reliant electricity customer. The Vivint Smart Thermostat, Vivint Doorbell Camera Pro and professional installation are available at no cost to you as a Reliant electricity customer and the equipment is yours to keep. As long as you remain a Reliant customer, your monthly subscription fee for the Vivint App will be waived.

However, if you choose to leave Reliant, Vivint will charge a monthly app subscription fee to your payment method on file. Please note that the subscription pricing is subject to change. $14.99 or the then-prevailing subscription fee will apply.

This is to cover any potential expenses, like the monthly app subscription fee, if you decide to cancel your Reliant electricity service.

The equipment is yours to keep, but Vivint will automatically apply a $14.99 monthly charge (or the then-prevailing fee) for continued access to the Vivint App. You can also cancel your Vivint App subscription at any time by contacting Vivint at 1-800-216-5232. If you choose to cancel your Vivint subscription, you'll lose access to Vivint App features, such as two-way talk through the doorbell camera and thermostat scheduling.

Vivint allows you to manage everything under one roof with the Vivint App.

Vivint Doorbell Camera Pro:

All components of this bundle are designed to work together for optimal comfort, control and savings. At this time, the bundle cannot be separated.

Participation in the Degrees of Difference program is required. But rest assured that you can opt out of a Degrees of Difference event at any time by manually adjusting your Vivint thermostat or with the Vivint App.

If you’re not satisfied with the equipment or service, you can contact a Vivint customer care agent to discuss your options. Vivint offers a straightforward process for removing or switching back to your old devices. Simply reach out to them, and they'll guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth transition.

Terms, conditions and other restrictions

*Monitoring and other features available through the Vivint app are complimentary if you maintain electricity service through Reliant. If you leave Reliant, a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 (or the then-applicable fee) from Vivint for the app and its features will automatically apply. You will be required to provide a payment method to Vivint at the time of installation to establish your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Vivint directly.

The Smarter Home Bundle offer includes a complimentary Vivint Smart Thermostat, Vivint Doorbell Camera Pro, professional installation and applicable services agreement, plus enrollment in the Reliant Degrees of Difference with Smart Thermostats program. Equipment purchase may be financed separately subject to an agreement with one of Vivint's third-party financing partners.
