1Referrals may only be submitted by active Reliant residential customers with a Texas service address. To qualify for bill credit, referrals must be new Reliant residential customers in Texas enrolled on a term plan with a minimum of 10 days of active electricity service on that plan. The bill credit will be applied within two billing cycles after the referred customer has completed 10 days of active electricity service. Bill credit not redeemable for cash. Any disputes relating to eligibility will be determined solely by Reliant. Reliant may modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice. Reliant reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Referring Customer's participation in the Customer Referral Program if Reliant suspects misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Customer Referral Program.
2Small business referrals may only be submitted by active Reliant customers with a Texas service address. Larger commercial accounts having a peak demand of >50kW are not eligible for the small business referral program. To qualify for a bill credit, referred customers must be new Reliant small business customers in Texas and enrolled on a term plan with a minimum of five days of active electricity service on that plan. The bill credit will be applied within two billing cycles after the referred small business customer has completed five days of active electricity service. Bill credit not redeemable for cash. Any disputes relating to eligibility will be determined solely by Reliant. Reliant may modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice. Reliant reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Referring Customer's participation in the Customer Referral Program if Reliant suspects misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Customer Referral Program.
