2 Emporia Level 2 EV charger will be sent to customer service address within 90 days of the service start date, provided customer remains enrolled in this plan with no past-due balance as of the date of shipment. The charger should only be installed by a licensed electrician. Installation and any associated costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any costs related to modifying existing, or installing new, required electrical wiring or service-related equipment. By signing up for this plan, customer authorizes Reliant and its agents, affiliates and contractors to access, monitor and analyze customer’s charging and consumption data during and after the expiration of the plan term, for any purpose. Reliant reserves the right to discontinue this offer without notice.
