^* Onetime initial contribution of $100 will be made following the initiation of electricity service on the qualifying plan. There is a limit of one initial contribution per customer. If a customer receives electricity service on this plan for at least sixty days, then Reliant will contribute an amount equal to 5% of the customer’s energy charges (excluding any base charge, transmission or distribution charges, taxes, or any other fees) during the term of this plan (or such period as the customer remains enrolled, if earlier) to the applicable entity. Contribution amounts may be combined with contributions earned by other customers and will be made by Reliant in its next scheduled payment to the applicable entity. No contribution for energy charges will be made for an account that receives services for less than sixty days. Any tax liability relating to a reward is customer’s sole responsibility. Customer has no property rights or other legal interest in contribution amounts and may not claim, assign, transfer or pledge contribution amounts. These terms and conditions may be modified or this incentive may be discontinued at any time at Reliant's sole discretion.
