In order to receive the demand response discount, you must have an eligible smart thermostat that is installed, operable, connected to an active Wi-Fi network at your account service address, and participating in the Reliant Degrees of Difference with Smart Thermostats program (the “Program”). You must separately enroll in the Program by visiting reliant.com/degrees and completing the enrollment process. Terms and conditions apply. You will begin receiving your demand response discount once Reliant has activated your Program enrollment, which may take 1-2 billing cycles following your enrollment in the Program. If your Program enrollment is not active during a billing cycle, or you do not meet other eligibility requirements, you will not receive the discount. Participation in certain other demand response programs may prevent enrollment in Degrees of Difference with Smart Thermostats.
