Outside of your free usage period, you will be charged a fixed energy rate and a standard delivery fee for your usage.

Truly Free means you’ll enjoy no energy charge ($0) and no delivery fee ($0) during your free time-of-use period.

With the Reliant Truly Free Flex Days plan, you don’t have to worry about scheduling your usage. We’ll automatically calculate your 2 highest-usage days each week, and you will get those for free. That’s a total of up to 8 free days per month. Perfect if your usage varies. And no more worries about unexpected usage spikes.

Make your high-usage activities part of your weekend routine, from 8 p.m. Friday to 12 a.m. Monday. Shifting activities like laundry, using the dishwasher, meal-prep or running the pool pump to the weekend will maximize your free electricity usage.

Yes. Since your home is connected to the electric grid as always, as long as there is no outage to the grid itself, you will have power even when the sun goes down or skies are cloudy.
