Any disputes relating to eligibility will be determined solely by Reliant. Reliant may modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice. Reliant reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Referring Customer's participation in the Customer Referral Program if Reliant suspects misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Customer Referral Program.
