1 Through the Reliant Client Member Program (“Program”), you are eligible for a 10% discount on the energy charge portion of your electricity bill as an Alliance Credit Union member. The 10% discount will become effective within 2 billing cycles following your enrollment in the Program and applies to the current month's billed energy charges set forth on the plan's Electricity Facts Label. The discount does not apply to other charges, including base charges, usage fees, TDU delivery charges, taxes, third-party services, non-commodity services, nonrecurring charges or guard lights. The discount is not transferrable and will be applied to a single meter before other discounts or billing options are calculated. To qualify, you must maintain an Alliance Credit Union account and your account name and service address must match your Alliance Credit Union membership. Failure to maintain an Alliance Credit Union account, or the termination of Alliance Credit Union’s participation in the Reliant Client Member Program will terminate the discount. By signing up, you authorize Reliant to share your enrollment information with Alliance Credit Union for purposes of validating your membership.
