With Lubbock's recent move to electricity choice, residents who did not select a new provider by February 15 were assigned one to ensure a seamless transition and uninterrupted service. Whether you were automatically assigned to us or are considering switching, our commitment is to ease your transition and provide a smooth experience.

Here’s what you should know:

  • You're enrolled in the Reliant Flex plan—a flexible, month-to-month plan with a variable rate and no cancellation fee. Want more stability? Switch from your current plan to a fixed-rate plan at any time. Call 1-844-674-7467 to explore your options.
  • Once your service starts you can set up your online account to gain instant access to detailed information, manage billing and monitor your usage to ensure your home stays energy-efficient. Use your new account number, which is referenced in the welcome packet we recently mailed to you.
  • Our award-winning customer service agents are ready to assist you 24/7. Contact us via phone, online chat, or through the Reliant app. We're here to help.
